- Threatened to be denied boarding because I asked for a receipt for the €25 charge on oversized baggage (anything larger than a toddler's fingernail, because who needs bags when they go on holiday?); - Gate staff admitted that oversized baggage charge has nothing to do with size or weight; - I don't know for a fact that the website randomly allocates seats to deliberately separate families and friends and thus incentivise paying extra for seats together, I just know it's true; - Sat my mother, who has osteoarthritis in both her hips, in an emergency exit seat even after she told the cabin crew her condition would slow her down in an evacuation; The title of budget airline should not be a cover for terrible service. By the time you factor in additional fees like priority and baggage, it's likely cheaper to go with someone else who at least pretends to care. Will never be flying with this airborne replacement bus service of a company again.
