Review #1 - Cebu Pacific is the worst airline experience I have had.. It began before we departed Manila to Davao (1/18/17). The departure was delayed for 3 hours. Weather was good but was told that the aircraft broke down. That's fine. The issue is the rebooking of passengers were so disorganized to a point that the counter literally surrounded by the angry mob. My wife told them to call their supervisor to control the masses due to a potential safety of the Cebu Pacific employees in the check in counter. The lack of leadership and organizational skills were obvious. They did not provide any complimentary meal to compensate tom the delay. Upon arrival, Flight attendant told us to proceed to Baggage claim #1. Waited for 20 minutes and only 5 bags came out. Asked one CP employee if there's anymore bags coming, she said that we have to move to the other side of the terminal. One Employee said stay at carousel #1 while the other employee said to proceed to the other side. Had to run from one end to the next just to check on our luggage. Took PAL from Davao to Cebu, no problem.
