First i need to say the service and comfort on board was extremly good. But i´m totally unsatisfied with customer care of Qatar airways afterwards. On board i got the offer to join the Privilege Club, what i did. I got promised that the Bonus miles of my current flights will be balanced automatically and i will get a message / membership Card. After 4 weeks without anthing i tried to Login with my Membership number i´ve got on board, "Member unknown"! Contact to customer service by mail, got the message member unknown, asked to provide my membership number, got a link, tried to Login, same message. again mail to customer service, again link, doesn´t work. After 6 1/2 weeks after the flight and a lot of e-Mailing it worked finally. But no Bonus miles were balanced. Send e-mail to customer service four times, no response. Called the service Center, they told me "you are too late, to claim the miles". I tried to explain that it was not my fault as the flight attendend obviously didn´t forward my applicationform. Unfortunately nobody was interested to hear that. The only answer was "you are too late to Claim the Bonus miles". Such a service is not like a 5 star Airlines, sorry.
