A dismal experience in every respect. Dishonest business model, built on hidden fees. Basically half airline, half scam. App is finicky - flight sales, for example, advertise nonexistent fares. It’ll show a rock-bottom price but then say the flight doesn’t exist. I also had a problem checking in this morning and it cost me €55, more than the cost of the ticket. I guess that’s how they make their money. The customer service reps are ruthless - if you have a problem with the app, it’s your problem, even if there is nothing you could do to avoid it. They don’t care. Used to be a cheap option, but since hand baggage is no longer included, it now is basically as expensive as a larger carrier but with far worse service and a much lower standard of comfort. Unfortunately, for some routes they are the only option available, so I can’t say I’ll never fly with them again, but I certainly avoid them whenever there is a workable alternative available.
