As a Coach/Economy travel expert, I will tell you that KAL has the best economy seat (777-ER) I've ever flown (if you think its bad, try flying another airline and compare). The plane is also amongst the cleanest I've been. All the amenities worked out well. My (minor) criticism is the music selection; my iTouch has better selection than their lists. In-ground personnel are professional; airport is great. I've been well taken cared of that I decided to bite the bullet and take Business Class for my next trip! :D
