Business Class
Why can't virgin offer the same level of service on each flight. Employees should offer the same standard of service but it does seem to depend if the flight attendants is having a good day. Well I am personally disappointed with the inconsistent level of service. EDITORS COMMENT: I think we could say the same thing about every job that involves service. Difficult to get the same level from everyone at every time but there does need to be a base standard.
