Absolutely appalling. Had 4 international long-haul tickets approved and 'refunded' but the money has not appeared in the bank now 8 weeks later. Dozens of calls and emails to the 'refunds team' by their own staff, and Emirates have not provided the transaction/IR number for my bank to launch a search for my missing money. It has been 'escalated/prioritised' multiple times with no effect. Where is my money Emirates??? They do not care. Avoid this airline.
