The worst customer service experience I've come across after flying with them. Surely its the cheapest but after their customer service, I was thinking why I choose to fly in it. The staff at their counter in the airport or in the flight, mostly everyone was very rude. Not ready to listen anything and replying to check everything online. I had extra luggage, so I've asked the lady at the counter about extra charges. She didn't knew at the first place which was surprising, therein she called the manager, and that psycho without even listening said you've have to pay 100 pounds extra or throw your luggage or else you're not flying. I was shocked at first to hear that kind of reply & the people standing behind me in the queue also said the guy this isn't cool to talk like this. And there were several other kinda behaviour I came across.
