I got scammed by Wizz Air I booked a bus transfer with my flight but never got a confirmation from the bus company. So, I had to buy a 2nd ticket after landing at the airport because the bus company didn't receive the information from Wizz Air that I bought a ticket. Back home I decided to open a claim and ask for the money I paid for the transfer but Wizz Air declined 0n the grounds that they never received money from me. "With regard to your claim, we would like to inform you that a card payment was attempted against our systems for the booking PNR: XXXXXX , which was declined by the cardholder's bank. As no payment has been received for the reservation in question, the waiting period has expired and it has been automatically cancelled." I then sent them an email with the Wizz Air Payment ID, a copy of their own payment confirmation email, a screenshot of the invoice and my bank statement. All of the documents clearly show that the amount was correctly debited from my bank account. 2nd answer "In relation to your claim, we would like to inform you that as we have already provided you with our position in this case, this is our final consideration of this claim. " I am still shocked!
