London - Lisbon - Newark return in Business Class. Attentive crew, friendly, choice of meals on long-haul excellent, IFE extensive and enough for two long-haul flights within the same season. Cabins on all aircraft were very clean, and A340 seat very comfortable. Fantastic amenity kits, very unusual, and very amusing safety video that kept you glued to the screen. Lisbon is a very nice airport to transit, clean, and easy to move around, much more enjoyable than expected. A very enjoyable experience...oh and a very nice selection of wines!!
