China Eastern review by David 2015-08-08

Business class Melbourne to Shanghai, business class. Plane departed and hour late but worse was that the ticket included an overnight hotel room in Shanghai. No one knew anything about it in Shanghai and would not help even though I had all the paperwork. I had to pay fro my own hotel and transfers. On arrival back in Melbourne China Eastern did not even return my calls. Not just poor service negligent lack of service and ethics. Never fly with them again and recommend against using them. Totally unacceptable.
