Crew staff are generally pleasant, polite and helpful. Air crafts are comfortable enough. A budget airline that offers passengers a good sense of dignity. Unfortunately, counter and call centre staff need much room for improvement for their work morale and attitude. Are they generally disgruntled to serve customers from Singapore? Rudeness and curtness experienced. Selective approach in their dealings. More training could be provided to these staff, in professionalism and courtesy. Hopefully, they can take pride in accurately representing an organisation that has provided them employment.
