My family travelled from Medan to Penang in January. With two kids and lots of luggage, we forgot and left our laptop on board. The next day we went back to the airport and was guided to the lost and found department in AIRASIA PENANG airport. It was a miracle that the crew found our laptop and everyone was so happy. I definitely will fly airasia again. Service was great and honesty is top notch!!! Thank you.
