The worst, the worst, the worst. My mum has a disability with her joins and muscle, she can carry anything. She ask Avian for help with her cabin bag and they didn't help her, they said if can carry you have to sent it in cargo, well she though ok i sent it in cargo, but 1 think she didn't know is that they charge her for extra luggage.
