This is a great airline. Staff was very friendly, smiling and there to serve you, no matter how irritating your requests may be. The food selection was pretty good. They offer wine during lunch and dinner, regardless of trip length. Airplanes are starting to age, but the seats feel more comfortable that most US airlines... didn't feel as cramped. The airline tries to be on time and staff hurries up to get people on board and depart on time. EDITORS COMMENT: They have an excellent economy product indeed.
