Our first flight with Scoot and probably the last .. we submitted an upgrade for Scoot Biz which we received but the total lack of service and sub standard didnt make it enjoyable. The food and beverage was worse than other airlines economy options and everything was about selling products to make more money .. the welcome drink a plastic cup of water .. lunch in plastic container.. no tea or coffee offered... no wine available as out of stock.. you have to purchase wifi if you want to utilise... the crew did not speak to us just sat behind the curtain gossiping ... very poor experience Scoot...
