Air Canada review by Agnes 2017-01-06

Paid businesa so I can sleep flat on my 15 hrs flight from Asia. I times my meals and sleep prior to departure so I would have the least jet lag upon arrival. My seat was not working and had to be reset twice. It took 30 mins to get it fixed and by that time I stayed awake so long I couldn't sleep anymore. Food was ok but less desirable compared to other Asian airlines. Would only fly ac if no other choices or if it's the cheapest. Previously a super elite but would not go back to this airline unless it is to claim a reward ticket.
