I have flown JetBlue for years. We have had great customer experiences with everyone. Recent flight had delays (weather JFK) but we were well informed, they make sure the connectors were sync'ed up and we got where we needed. Other carriers have left me sitting at am empty gate. We have also used the customer service line for everything for changed flights (family member health) to last minute booking. They have been top notch. My only choice out of RSW these days.
