Business Class

I have worked in oil for the last 20 years and used airlines from over the world the last 17 years so i have encountered my fair share of bad days on the travel front but this is the first time i have felt inclined to ever write a view either good or bad and this one is most definite BAD. This will be my first and last time using Malaysian Airlines, in summary, flight cancelled due to technical failure, ground staff had no idea what to do or how to react,totally overwhelmed. Next day managed to get flight but bags never came even though i foreseen this problem and asked for confirmation many times and was told yes on the plane. Customer service line is pathetic, always "high volume of calls" auto message. I heard this company was in financial difficulty and i now understand why, AVOID and choose an alternative
