British Airways review by A 2015-07-21

The baggage check in took for ever it was (I am certain)45-50min of standing in the queue. The flight looked good and well maintained 777. In flight entertainment was good and updated to latest movies,documentaries,talk shows 5* for that . The seating space was just about good enough. Be careful of the head set it can come in the way and snap. The air conditioner was not up to the mark it was warm in the cabin. The flight attended's will give you a big smile BUT be careful. The in flight food was so hot that it turned black when in contact with oxygen.In short it was burnt, one can see the burnt food particles once the burnt food is moved looks like a lovely trick .The answer of the flight crew to some one asking for second helping of 150ml coke can is that we need to keep stock for the return flight can't keep serving everyone twice.This was the first time in 12+yr of international travel to hear this excuse.The worst but with a smile.... flight was on time.
