Great Airline , with great inflight entertainment & food . Could get better in being more flexible in accommodating customers to a revised flight date in case of delays not just based on number of hours but genuine delay of 1hour plus as landing at destination airports due to time zone could get late for ladies traveling alone especially on low cost fare tickets ! This would give a human touch and make us feel the air line stands to its theme of "caring " in advt ( Bad experience with Singapore Air - India airport & city office )
