Business Class

Travelled SQ211 on 31/10/2016 from Singapore to Sydney. What a shabby, old aircraft! Old seats with cracked leather. Lots of old food debris within food table area. Difficult to eject the tray. Obviously mainyenance non existent. Bathroom despicable! Old cracked washbasin,with mould. Flush mechanism leaky, floors constantly wet as a rely. Poor amenities! Food deplorable the supposed fancy chef pork loin not edible as dry and tough. Wines appalling, cheap Devils lair hidden cave! Staff service hit and miss! Robotic, no follow through on requests, seem to have memory loss! This was our side A and D seats, the other aisle the lights were on with those staff as they were slick and efficient! After long sleep I requested cup tea but told to wait for regular service yet on other aisle again they received their requests! Oh the inconsistency! SIA never again I have done 3 other flights all on business this trip and also to China return in 2014 and can see no improvements so I better pack my toys and find another more dynamic and modern airline! I am wasting my business class money! Goodbye!
