Zero stars. Very disappointed with Singapore air. Not so much due to in flight issues, but from a customer service/policy standpoint. I had hundreds of thousands of air miles banked with the airline. These are miles I accumulated by spending hard earned money to receive. One day I logged on to use the miles and they were gone. I called Singapore and they told me that the miles had expired. I did NOT receive a warnings about this and when the issue was looked into, I was simply told - sorry no miles anymore. This is really an insult. If you bank miles for future use with an airline, what gives them the ok to simply zero them out??? I will never fly with them again and I have pulled my company account as well. I advise that you choose them wisely and look around for alternative travel.

1- Most of everything about SA are overrated. SA seems to spend a lot of money on advertisement and creating an artificial or fake image of how good it is. But the reality is the opposite. 2. From booking to lounge experience to in-flight service to post-flight service, it's all disappointing quality. It's all at the surface and for appearance, but substance or sincerely. Even the smiles from FAs are fake!

Not worth it. I once thought this was a great airline but it turned out to be a disaster. Most of those positive reviews about Singapore Airlines (SA) turned out to be untrue. SA seems spend a lot of money on advertising, but it's all hollow. The true value is very poor. Customer service is far worse than what they project (advertise) to be.

I have always rated Sing Air highly, efficient, clean, and excellent service however Cairns to Singapore is a definite exception. 737 max is cramped and barely suitable for a 6-hour + Trip. A full flight with only 2 rear toilets is a huge issue, with continuous lines stretching down the cabin and the passengers at the rear half of the aircraft understandably getting agitated. By 2 hours out the toilets were disgusting. The seats were uncomfortable and numbing. Very unsatisfactory flight not reccommended

it appears that Singapore Airlines slogan "Placing you at the heart of everything we do", only applies when you are actually travelling, any customer service does not extend to dealing with complaints regarding delays quickly and efficiently. We were delayed 24 hours in September 2023, and we are still waiting for the airline to resolve and comply with UK civial aviation rules regarding compensation.

Singapore Airlines is rated as the best airline in the world, but their customer service has to be the worst I have dealt with. Singapore Air neglected to confirm my connecting flight with their partner airline, causing me to miss my flight to Singapore. When confronted with this, they offered to rebook my flight for later that night for a $400 fee and a downgrade in cabin class. Not only did they force me to pay a premium, they did not refund me the cost of the cabin upgrade that I paid for. I could never speak to a manager - none of my emails have been returned. They were able just to do whatever they wanted to me, and I had no power at all. Now I am going to miss my first day of my new job, I am out $400, 70000 points, and all of my stuff is in Singapore without me, and there is no option to do anything about it.

Flew Singapore Airlines A350 premium economy. Melbourne to Singapore Our seats were in the front row of premium economy. There were no amenities kits but we were provided with headphones plus a blanket and a pillow which were removed by cabin staff prior to take off and not returned. The seats in our row looked like business class seats from about thirty years ago and were completely worn out and broken. My inflight entertainment control was wedged into the arm rest and the seat did not recline. The cabin staff made me feel it was my fault the seats did not work. All the seats in our row were faulty. Dinner was provided about 2 AM. However I already had a “numb Bum” by this time Cabin service started in the rear of the aircraft and worked their way forward. Premium Economy were served last The meal appeared to be left overs from economy. I chose the beef, it came with a bread roll that was hard and dry, the beef chewy. Desert was a brown “Paddle Pop “flavoured ice” Book the cook did not work. Breakfast consisted of a glass of water.

The Good: - Flight crew is always friendly, helpful and always seeks to cater to your needs - Food on the flight is great (though I've noticed Book the Cook options to be limited) The Bad: - The SQ JFK check-in process (even for business class) is one of the most chaotic and frustrating experiences I've had. It can take up to 30 minutes being in line (for a Business class passenger) & I've encountered a check-in staff who raised their voice to customers. I even witnessed one of the supervisors rolling their eyes and being snarky at a Business class-Solitaire customer (SQ's highest status) who insisted on lining up in the First Class line (which the SQ website says they are allowed to do so). Additional: - I've been having issues with missing miles on Singapore's Krisflyer and my interaction with SQ customer service has been a nightmare. It's been 6 months now since I've had the issue, and 4 months since I've flagged the issue to Singapore Airlines customer service, and it has yet to be resolved. It's a shame to see what used to be a great airline fall from grace this quickly and this badly.

Singapore to Kuala Lumpur on Business. Despite short haul, the service was great. Crew were friendly. Seat was comfortable. Overall a great flight.

They changed my flight without proper notification. And then when I asked them for any possible solutions they were extremely rude. They refused to take any responsibility and were just horrible to deal with. I even asked to speak to a supervisor and the guy simply said there is no one else to talk to. They will send an email to your spam folder, tell you that you didn't see it and it isn't their problem. Horrible company will never deal with them again.
