We are extremely unhappy with Thai Airways. We are travelling New Zealand to Spain early September and chose Thai Airways as they had a direct flight Bangkok to Madrid. We were later advised that they ceased this direct flight. They did not give us the option to cancel our bookings with them. We now have to waste a precious travel day - from 6am to 5pm - in Frankfurt Airport!! They won't even allow us free use of the Business Lounge at Frankfurt.
