Overall pretty good. I use Alaska to travel between Seattle and Las Vegas regularly so only short haul. Never lost a bag. One good travel tip for anyone leaving Seattle is to wear a Russell Wilson jersey (Seahawks QB). They will allow you to board first as he advertises them on TV !!
