Turkish Airlines review by Leisel 2016-08-21

This is my first time to fly Turkish Airlines on Aug 20, 2016. On my way to the Philippines from Istanbul Aug 21, the female flight attendant forgot to bring the food that I have chosen. She asked me which I prefer, the pasta or the pastry and I said pastry pls. Instead of giving me the food, she stepped forward and attended to another passenger & said she will get back to me. I kept waiting and after more than an hour, collection of used cutlery began. I asked her why I was not served the food and she was surprised. She asked me if I was sleeping and I said no and that she asked me which food I prefer, a pasta or a pastry and I have chosen pastry but she did not give it to me. She said why I did not press the call bell. Eventually the food came but she did not ask me which drink I prefer. She left. I did not call and observe. When she came back to offer coffee or tea, I said apple juice pls. It was a very unpleasant experience. I am dreading on my next flight going back to UK because I will be flying via Turkish Airlines again and I am very disappointed. In as much as the cew are pleasant and nice, this particular staff should be more attentive to the passengers needs&preference
