I regularly fly Thai from Sydney to Europe. As always, some trips are better than others but I am overall very happy with the service. Also, the stopover option in BKK at minimal cost is great when you have the time. The good old 747's they use from SYD to BKK are getting a bit long in the tooth, and are definitely sub-par to A380 offerings from SG - but actually not too bad. For the price I think Thai offers great value. I have always been treated well and will certainly use them in the future!
