American Airlines Phone Number 1-800-419-8246 Flew United from Zurich to Newark and Swiss for the return flight. There was no comparison the American flight was much better. The cabin was more modern (did not compare the age of the plains), the Economy Plus gives the budget passage a great choice to get a more comfortable seat without having to upgrade to Business Class. I found the Swiss seats very tight for a Trans-Atlantic flight.
