This was my first time taking a Frontier flight. When I checked in for my flight online the flight was already delayed 3 + hours, resulting in my flight arrival time to be in the middle of the night. When I called the airline to see if they could transfer me to another flight, I was told the other possible flights were fully booked and they refused to put me on standby. When I asked what would happen to the empty seats if some of the book passengers didn't show up, I was told the flight would leave with empty seats rather that be able to put me or any other interested customers on it. That is the most ridiculous policy enforced by personnel that don't have a care about customer service. Rude. Unprofessional. Idiotic. I will never fly this airline again.
