The worse experience I have ever had. The Company is disorganized and the First Class and Executive are the last people to enter in the airplane (you pay more to have the worse service). You pay for First Class and the chair even lay down. So you pay more and goes sorted for all your trip. The food are horrible and the even serve you well. The rates for extra luggage are the expensive ones comparing to the others Company. I definitely do not reccomend Avianca to anyone.
