Booked on line, at airport in edmonton was given completely different seats.What is the sense of pre-booking when you are given diferent seats.went for one week to huatulco,got back march 9.In huatulco it took over two hours to check in,UNACCEPTABLE, not enough check in personnel. Again my wife and i were put in separate seats.Seats way to narrow,I am a big shouldered guy,NOT FAT.very uncomfortable.
