Singapore Airlines review by Elizabeth

PREMIUM ECONOMY Singapore to Newark, around 17 + hours. We purchased a RTW ticket. We took 4 Economy flights and 1 Premium Economy flight. We have no complaints about the 4 Economy flights. Some aspects of PE flight were good but others very disappointing. Cabin, seating and entertainment were good but that is where PE ended. No champagne send off on our flight. No pre dinner drink at all. Food was very ordinary and we were only offered 2 meals on this long flight. They did offer very plain snack food in between but it was pretty bad. Another complaint was the 12 hours of cabin darkness, just too long for most people. We have travelled PE 2 other times in recent years and they where great. Only reason I would recommend this flight is time factor. 25 Hours from Perth to Newark.
