Flew from Nairobi, Kenya to Lisbon, Portugal via Casablanca. Flight was ok, had better, had worse. On arrival after collecting my luggage was when the drama started. I traveled with two surfboards, packed well in a travel cover. Immediately at seeing the bag I knew something was wrong. One of the surfboards was snapped in two pieces, the damage could have only occurred by being thrown or dropped from a good height. Filed a report, despite numerous emails and phone calls did not receive one reply. Not good enough. I can accept small accidental damage but no this. This was total mistreatment of my luggage and zero compensation, not so much as a single returned email despite forwarding the same email time and time again. Don't do it to yourself. Wish I took more notice of the reviews and didn't book with this airline who has no customer service whatsoever
