Premium Economy

We travelled a combined economy / premium enconomy as SA do not have a premium flight ex Perth . Our trip was Perth/San Francisco returning New York / Perth . The section of the flight causing complaint was New York /Singapore 9/25/16 . The 380 looked old dirty and tired internally toilets grubby , cabin walls marked and chipped both tvs failed during the longest leg the food wa very average what did we get for the huge price difference nothing there was nothing that showed the premium difference False Advertising we have flown SA since late 70's the have lost it . Premium must mean what word implies their competitors leave them for dead It's a growing level of service but SA are giving no indication that it matters . On the first section Perth Singapore my wife's seat was broken and could only be used upright we thought things can only improve ...so wrong but never again . We would change our return leg Singapore/ Perth in 3 days if it was not for the fuss and expense . But rest assured SA we will be your loudest critics to anyone who listens .One ripoff too many .
