I bought a round trip ticket from Ljubljana to Istanbul and I planned my trip, a month earlier. The outbound trip had been cancelled 2 days later, and I was forced to change my dates. The day of the trip, I had been asked to pay 102 euros for the luggage (I was allowed 23kg in the cabin, and 8 as hand luggage), because the employee decided this! The onboarding was delayed an hour without any explanation. I was extremely stressed, because I had very soon another flight from another airport to Antalya. Basically, I had enough time to arrive in the other airport, but because of the delay, I had to pay the double to a taxi driver to hurry up and ignore all the speed limitations .. I claimed in Turkish Airlines website after my return, they did not refund anything (1st night in the hotel, Taxi fees ..), They have just apologized for the delay and the cancellation with insane justifications, and I am still waiting for the luggage refund 20 days after my complaint!! ...
