I was in krabi going to Bangkok flight. Wanted some information about my boarding pass printing. Approached the counter in the lower floor. Asked her about the process, and all this person did was ignored me, rolled her eyes and point her finger up. Hinting to go upstairs instead. And then continue using the computer without acknowledging whether i still need further assistance. Wow. This is the first airline that was so rude. Even budget airlines has better service. Hope some action is taken towards her. She has counter duties at about 12:47 PM. Sat on the left side of the counter. Terrible service.
