Haven't been on SW in a number of years as I live overseas. My flights were BUR to OAK to BOI and return. All four flights pushed back and arrived early. I paid the extra $25 for auto check-in which got me in the first 35-40 to board. The usual friendly and professional service from all ground and flight staff. It's better than ever in my opinion and this from someone who used to fly 50+ flight segments a year on Southwest. Still the best.... EDITORS COMMENT: Great to hear such positive feedback.
