Icelandair review by Richard 2015-03-20

Flight from Boston to Reyjavik was absolutely horrible. Least comfortable seats I've had on an airline, comparing unfavorably with commuter jet seats. Five hour flight, at dinner time, and not even peanuts. Full fare flight and with my back flat against my seat my knees were withing one inch of the seat in front - before that seat was reclined. Then adding insult, we circled Boston for 45 minutes waiting to land with absolutely no announcement of a delay or reason for a delay. Totally unacceptable performance. EDITORS COMMENT: The airline do refer to themselves a s a full service carrier however it's a bit confusing as they don't include a meal.
