Scoot review by Ada 2016-12-24

I travelled on Scoot from Sg to Perth with my four daughters. On the way to Perth, the flight was delayed from 1310hrs to 1650hrs. What was meant to be dinner with family turned into having them come pick us up from the airport at 2200hrs. Similarly on our return flight, another delay meant reaching Singapore not at 0010hrs but 0330hrs. While I fully understand that Scoot is a budget airline and delays can be expected, never did I dream it will be by this much and frequency. No apology was made at Perth side, not at check nor onboard. To say I was disappointed would be understatement. The reason I chose to fly Scoot was the time offered to me and thinking it's a subsidiary of SIA, it should share some traits. I have flown Scoot & Tiger before and was happy with it but this recent experience have left me jaded.
