My husband and I had assigned seats to and from Portland, Oregon, which we selected when we purchased the tickets. We were moved to the back row on each flight, but we were not given a reason. These seats were horrible and were directly across from the bathroom. I sent an inquiry on May 18th as to why this happened, but I still haven't received a response from Delta. They had sent an automatic reply stating they had received the letter and would respond within 30 days. I still have not received a response. We talked to people on the plane who had purchased their tickets that day. Why weren't they given these seats? How is Delta building a better airline with such poor customer communication? Sun Country here we come!
