Delta Air Lines review by Jennifer 2017-07-30

The app didn't tell me that the gate changed, so I missed my flight. Went up to change flights and the guy was like it's you're fault, and it'll be a $75 fee. Mean while I was on the phone to rearrange transport when I land and he goes " the $75 was a curtesy, it should be $300, so you may go now, BYE" every time I fee I never have a good experience with them. Don't recommend them.
