We flew from Sydney to Abu .Dhabi. we stood for 2h to check-in. The staff were very inefficient, with long periods when the queue didn't move at all. Many stressed people. The flight itself was fine, but cabin crew was inefficient. They were super slow at getting the meals out, they ignored call buttons and they didn't even mention fastening seat belts over blankets so that they could check they were fastened. They woke us all up twice during this overnight flight, putting the lights on, to serve completely unnecessary snacks. On our connecting flight to London, once again call buttons were ignored and even when I went up to ask for drinks they were reluctant to serve me and refused to give me the normal snack with the drink, saying that sandwiches were about to be served (it took 30 minutes!).
