On board staff are friendly and courteous. The main problem with AC is the narrow seats and cramped cabins. Premium economy is grossly overpriced and poor value re seat comfort, food quality. For long flights like ours I recommend going with a top tier airline eg Korea Air, Emirates even with if the initial price is higher.
