I have travelled from Bangalore to Kathmandu on 28 July with Air India, had a very bad experience with Air India Staff and the Manager they were not at all supportive for a customer who travelled thrice in July months with family member giving a profit of Rs 70,000 to Air India but now they have lost a genuine client because of the Ego and Attitude of the Manager as they didn't care about the Passenger by saying these are Air India rules so we have to charge you for excess baggage for 4 kilo- Rs 4200, Now this is the reason why Air India suffers great loss by losing passengers like us just because these Managers they earn their salary but do not care about the Company profits and so Air India has to se its shares or abandon Employees for no profit to Air India.
