I flew from Quebec City to Toronto on an unknown airline, to find a product similar to that which Southwest used to offer; Comfortable seats, ample leg room, friendly crew, BOX LUNCH, free drinks, including beer and wine. I would love to see this airline, and their philosophy of customer service, expand into more of the US. And NO, I'm not an employee nor relative of one, just an appreciative flyer.
