Premium Economy

Booked a round trip on premium economy and had to change the date going over a couple months later. The website is set up to edit your booking with check boxes on the outbound and on the inbound segment indicating do you want to edit this segment. I checked the outbound and changed the date. Never giving mind to the inbound since I didn't check the box to edit. After completing/paid went and selected the seats and noticed the inbound said not selected. Since I had 32 A&C and could not access the premium economy section called customer service. After 40 minutes, they said that I changed the flight and did not select premium for the return. I said the obvious that I only checked one box and verified it they said it�s a round trip and had to verify both segments. I said automatically changing my premium economy to economy without check marking that segment is ridiculous. They said that's the way the system works and I said it's a deficient system and to fix it. They said they can't fix it I asked for a manager who said the same thing but would escalate it. Week later still waiting
