THE WORST AIRLINE COMPANY EVER !!! They delayed my flight three times after my arrival to the airport and even the last provided departure time was false, which caused me to miss my overseas flight. I had to buy a new ticket (a pricey one), I got home almost a day later and not to mention all the stress... After I sent a refund request, they didn’t solve it for three weeks and even then I haven’t got an email. I’ve spent hours on the line in order to find who can help, but none could. I’ve sent two emails, but I’ve still got no reply, after more than 10 days. SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISAPPOINTING.
