Etihad Airways review by tod 2017-04-08

Service staff was outstanding. Never seen this level of effort from an airlines staff. I travel a lot and can differentiate good service when I see it. The flight crew was short handed and had to cover more ground per attendant. I observed them the entire flight and they put in a huge effort. Outstanding effort. Etihad is fortunate to have such good customer service ambassadors representing them. Flight EY485 Brisbane to Abu Dhabi on April 6th.
