Singapore Airlines review by ASH 2017-03-31

I fly twice a year to India with Singapore airlines as thats the only airline flies to my city in the shortest flying time. but the staff and the policy has been made to make customers more inconvenience. I booked two tickets both with Singapore airlines bt they will not book my bags from start to end destination when asked is it against the security or airport rules or is it illegal, they said no but because its not on the same ticket i will need to collect bags and check in again. guess my connection time was 1 hr between two flights. same airline two tickets but wont help.
