The company CHANGED THREE TIMES the departure time over the week before the departure date, which made my itinerary impossible as the timing for connections were not matching anymore. I reached to the customer service to find me a solution, yet they were unhelpful and were even irritated I would call for such matter. I finally found a new itinerary myself and decided to call them so that they could make the necessary changes. They answered and did it, or claimed they did. When I arrived at the airport no changes were made and thus I was faced with either missing the flight or buying AGAIN all tickets (more than EUR 500), which I did. When back from my trip, I filled a complaint to have them reimburse the extra costs, but after 5 emails and multiple attempts to reach the relevant service I still haven't heard from them. It is a shame that a national company behaves like that. Avoid to use this company, it will change departure time without notice, planes are poorly maintained and customer service is the worse I ever encountered. Take it from someone that flies 40-50 times a year.
